With over 20 years of leadership experience, including a successful career at Verizon as a Sales Executive, Leadership Coach, and Trainer, Bency understands what it takes to develop thriving teams, drive business success, and create purpose-driven leadership cultures. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, equipping her with deep insights into human behavior, leadership dynamics, and personal growth.

Beyond business and leadership, Bency is deeply committed to education, community service, and global transformation. She has served as a school board member, a youth leader, and an event planner, always striving to invest in people and their futures. Most recently, she joined 140 Maxwell Coaches to lead transformation in Panama, expanding her reach beyond borders.

Through Ignite Leadership Solutions, Bency works nationwide and globally, providing leadership training, executive coaching, and professional development solutions to organizations, schools, and individuals seeking growth, clarity, and success.

Bency is married to Tobias and is the proud mother of four boys—ages 22, 21, 20, and 4. Though based in Columbia, SC, she travels extensively, partnering with businesses, schools, and leaders to ignite transformation and elevate leadership at every level.
